Density Gradient Fractionator
All you need to fractionate and detect gradients.
Our basic systems use our economical Retriever 500 or Foxy R1 fraction collectors to collect separated zones. It uses the tube holder and UA-6 UV detector to produce a continuous absorbance profile as the gradient is displaced from the bottom up by a dense chase solution, and collected in precisely measured fractions.Standard Features
